Academic Counselor & Support Coordinator

Job Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated and approachable Academic Counselor & Support Coordinator to guide students in their academic journey and build strong communication between parents, students, and the institute. The role focuses on counseling, progress tracking, and creating a positive support system for student success.

Responsibilities:

• Provide academic and motivational counseling to students.
• Share regular updates with parents about their child’s progress in a positive and supportive manner.
• Assist students with study plans, exam preparation, and stress management.
• Work closely with faculty to monitor and encourage student performance.
• Support admissions counseling and orientation for new students and families.

Requirements:

• Graduation in any stream (Management or related field preferred).
• Good communication skills in both Hindi & English, with a friendly and approachable manner.
• Ability to connect with students and parents with empathy and professionalism.
• Prior experience in counseling or academic support will be an added advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
