Job Title: Academic Counselor

Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and empathetic Academic Counselor to guide students in making informed decisions about their education and career paths. The role involves providing academic advice, counseling support, and helping students overcome challenges to achieve their academic goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide counseling to students on academic programs, career opportunities, and course selection.
Guide students through admission processes, program requirements, and institutional policies.
Support students in setting academic goals and creating study or career plans.
Assist in resolving academic challenges, stress, and personal concerns impacting studies.
Organize orientation programs, workshops, and counseling sessions.
Maintain accurate student records and track progress.
Collaborate with faculty and administration to ensure student success and well-being.
Stay updated with educational trends, career opportunities, and curriculum changes.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree.
Proven experience in academic or career counseling is mandatory.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Empathy, patience, and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
