About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and student-friendly Course Counselor to guide prospective students in understanding and enrolling for our Office Administration Course. The counselor will play a key role in admissions by engaging with students, explaining course benefits, and supporting them through the enrollment process.

Key Responsibilities

• Counsel students and parents about the Office Administration Course.
• Explain course details, career prospects, and learning outcomes clearly.
• Handle student inquiries through calls, walk-ins, and online platforms.
• Follow up with interested students to ensure admissions.
• Maintain records of leads, follow-ups, and enrollments.
• Provide excellent student service and build trust in Beat Education’s programs.

Qualifications & Skills

• Graduate in any discipline.
• Good communication skills in English & Malayalam.
• Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills.
• Ability to understand student needs and match them with course offerings.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, WhatsApp).
• Freshers with good communication skills are welcome.
