1. Student Counselling
Provide counselling to walk-in students and parents
Explain all course details like Computer Basics, Graphic Design, Animation, VFX, Excel, AutoCAD, Python, Tally-GST, Digital Marketing, etc.
Suggest suitable courses based on student interest, education, and career goals
Conduct follow-up calls for enquiries
2. Admission Process
Convert enquiries into admissions
Maintain admission records and documentation
Handle student registrations, ID cards, and batch scheduling
3. Academic Support
Coordinate with faculties and manage class schedules
Update attendance, exam schedules, and results
Provide student support and handle academic issues
4. Front Office & Communication
Attend phone calls and maintain enquiry register
Handle walk-in enquiries and maintain polite communication
Support institute events, workshops, and seminars
5. Sales & Promotion
Promote courses through WhatsApp, social media, and calling
Assist in marketing activities and student outreach
