Academic Counselor

We are looking for Talented candidates as Academic counsellors for MedPG Admissions to join our team and assist prospective candidates in navigating the admissions process for our Medical Postgraduate Coaching programs. You will be responsible for engaging with potential students, providing detailed information about MedPG courses, assisting with applications, and guiding them through the entire admission process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential candidates to inform them about available courses, and make them enroll to our programs .
• Answer candidate queries and resolve any issues related to the admission process.
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions with candidates.
• Convert leads into successful enrollments by assisting with document submission and payment processes.
• Follow up with potential candidates to ensure timely application completion and enrollment.
• Meet or exceed monthly targets for lead conversion and student enrollments.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi ( Advantage for proficiency in Telugu or Tamil).
• Strong interpersonal and persuasive skills.
• Experience in admissions , inside sales, or customer service (preferably in educational or medical fields).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Prior experience in medical education sales or admissions is a plus .
