Job Description

Driving inquiries & admissions for the online/offline learning programs offered for the Domestic Market, Looking after the entire sales life cycle; starting from engaging with the large volume of well-qualified leads till the final conversion I.e., enrolment in the program, Counselling experienced professionals/fresh graduates via call or email on which course will be useful to their career progression and suggest the best options, Contributing in the implementation of sales strategies, supporting the sales and marketing manager in overseeing the department's operations, Contact the potential warm leads and follow up with the sales process, Create a pipeline of prospects and Cold call people based on the data provided, Contact individuals and businesses by telephone to promote products and services, Answer incoming calls from prospective candidates, Use scripts to provide information about product’s features, prices etc. and present their benefits, Ask pertinent questions to understand the candidate’s requirements, Set appointments with prospective candidates based on our team members schedules, Deal with complaints or doubts to safeguard the company’s reputation, Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales pipelines Job Type: Full-time Pay: From ₹300,000.00 per year Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement Health insurance Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Quarterly bonus Education: Bachelor's (Preferred) Language: English (Preferred)
