Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Tele-counselor based in Noida. The Tele-counselor will be responsible for engaging with prospective students and their families over the phone to provide comprehensive counseling about study abroad and higher education opportunities. Daily tasks include advising on admission processes, answering queries, following up with students, maintaining records, and guiding students through the application process. The role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills to ensure students receive accurate and helpful information. Qualifications Strong verbal and written communication skills Interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with students and families Experience in counseling or student advisory services Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks Basic Computer Skills required Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred Experience in the education sector is a plus.
