Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the first point of contact for parents and students from across the globe
• Provide detailed information about courses, curriculum, and the online learning process
• Counsel and guide prospective students toward appropriate programs
• Handle inbound and outbound calls, video counseling sessions, and email queries
• Maintain accurate records and follow up on leads in a timely manner
• Represent the brand with warmth, clarity, and professionalism

• Excellent spoken and written English communication
• Pleasant, confident, and attractive personality with a consistent smiling attitude
• Highly presentable and comfortable in virtual interactions
