Job Description

Role Overview We are looking for a dynamic and goal-driven Education Counsellor to promote and sell technical courses such as, Data Science, Cloud Computing, and other in-demand tech programs. The ideal candidate should have a consultative sales approach, strong communication skills, and experience in converting leads into enrolments. Key Responsibilities Course Consultation: Counsel prospective students on various technical programs based on their career goals and learning needs. Sales Conversion: Engage and convert leads via phone, WhatsApp, email, and video calls. Drive admissions to meet monthly enrolment targets. Follow-ups: Regularly follow up with potential students to answer queries, clarify doubts, and encourage course enrolment. Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of course content, outcomes, certifications, and career pathways. CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date student data and sales activities in the CRM system. Webinars & Events: Participate in virtual counselling sessions, demos, and webinars to generate and convert leads. Student Support: Provide post-enrolment guidance to ensure a smooth onboarding experience. Market Feedback: Share insights and feedback from students to improve course offerings and outreach. Requirements Experience: 2–3 years in sales, counselling, or academic admissions—preferably in ed-tech or technical education. Education: Graduate in any discipline (preferred: background in IT, engineering, or education). Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication Confidence in handling technical course discussions Strong persuasion and closing skills CRM and email marketing tools familiarity Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month Language: English (Preferred) Work Location: In person
