Role Overview: The Study Overseas Counsellor guides students in selecting suitable universities abroad and supports them throughout the admission process. Key Responsibilities: Counsel students on overseas education options and eligibility. Guide on university selection, admission, and documentation. Communicate with students and parents via calls, emails, and meetings. Ensure timely follow-ups and accurate information sharing. Stay updated on global education and admission trends. Maintain adherence to company systems and service standards.
