Academic Coordinator- TSPA & PBEL

Experience Required: Minimum 3 years in academics and coordination roles
Qualification: Postgraduate (preferably in Education); B.Ed/M.Ed is a must

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and ensure smooth academic operations across TSPA & PBEL campuses
• Support and mentor teachers in planning, delivery, and evaluation of curriculum
• Conduct regular classroom observations and provide constructive feedback
• Coordinate curriculum implementation in line with CBSE/IGCSE standards
• Monitor student performance and initiate academic interventions where required
• Plan and lead teacher training sessions, workshops, and academic reviews
• Ensure timely completion of assessments, reports, and parent communications
• Serve as a liaison between the management, teaching staff, and parents
• Organize academic events, competitions, and enrichment programs

Skills & Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of proven experience as an academic coordinator
• Strong background in curriculum planning and teacher supervision
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and campuses effectively
• Highly organized, proactive, and capable of taking academic initiatives
• Proficiency in MS Office and digital tools used in education

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,469.25 - ₹40,815.18 per month
