Academic Coordinator for Secondary School

Required Minimum School Teaching Experience of 5 Years

Roles and Responsibilities for Academic-Admission Incharge:

1) Teacher Supervision and Support: Provide guidance, mentoring, and support to teachers in instructional strategies, lesson planning, and classroom management. Conduct teacher observations, evaluations, and provide feedback to enhance teaching effectiveness

2) Assessment and Evaluation: Design and implement assessment strategies to measure student learning outcomes. Analyze assessment data to identify areas of improvement, provide feedback to teachers, and implement interventions to enhance student achievement.

3) Student Progress Monitoring: Oversee systems for monitoring and tracking student progress, including grade monitoring, report cards, and academic support programs. Identify students who may require additional academic support and collaborate with the appropriate staff to implement intervention strategies

4) Curriculum Development: Collaborate with teachers, subject experts, and educational leaders to develop and revise the school's curriculum. Ensure alignment with educational standards, objectives, and the needs of the student.

5) Maintaining Discipline: Create discipline among students while class supervision, random visits and wherever necessary as according to school decorum.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
