Job Role: We seek one enthusiastic Academic Coordinators to lead curriculum planning, teacher support, and student academic success for grades 1–10 of our CBSE school. Teachers with English, Physics or Biology as their teaching subjects are given top preference. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement academic plans aligned with the school’s goals. Guide teachers in curriculum design, lesson planning, and instructional methods. Monitor student performance and implement strategies to enhance learning outcomes. Facilitate professional development for teaching staff. Communicate effectively with parents and stakeholders regarding academic progress and initiatives. Qualifications: Master’s in Education or related field; leadership certifications preferred. Minimum 5 years of teaching experience, with 2 years in a leadership role.
