Academic Coordinator

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate and complete records of student and Tutors .
• Counsel students regarding different training programs .
• Active participation and contribution during educational fairs, university visits and in-house seminars.
• Responsible for the prompt reply to students' queries.
• Make outbound & handle inbound calls to prospective leads and address queries on different training programs.
• Coordinating with Branches/ Associates for pending documents and payments of tutors and fee collection.
• Prepare reports on students and activities as required by administration.
• Solving the queries of branches/associates through Emails and call.
• Conduct follow-up interviews with counselees to determine if their needs have been met.Handling walk-in & telephonic admission inquires.
• Following up the prospective students over phone and emails.

Required Skills

• Should have excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
• Min 1 year exp in a similar profile is an added advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹97,032.00 - ₹250,000.00 per year
