Academic Consultant

As an Academic Consultant, your primary role will be to advise students and parents on their learning needs through structured counseling sessions. You will be responsible for fixing appointments and conducting home demo sessions on a daily basis, including follow-up sessions. It will be essential for you to understand the customer profile and problems to effectively explain the implications of ineffective learning methods and create the need for smart learning. Key Responsibilities: - Advise student/ parents for their learning needs through structured Counseling Sessions - Fix appointments and conduct home demo sessions on a daily basis including follow up sessions - Understand Customer profile & problems to explain implication of ineffective learning methods - Create the need for Smart Learning - Handle Objections and Price Negotiation to generate Sales Revenue - Learn/ Upgrade one's own Product Knowledge and Sales Skills to achieve and exceed growing Sales target(s) - Have good communication skills in English and the regional language with professional presentation - Thrive in a fast-paced ambiguous work environment - Open to Intra-City travel to Customer Locations - Previous educational industry experience is an added advantage Qualifications Required: - Good communication skills in English and regional language - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced ambiguous work environment - Previous experience in the educational industry is advantageous Please note that the company also values continuous learning and development, encouraging employees to upgrade their product knowledge and sales skills to meet and exceed sales targets.
