Academic Co-ordinator

• Meeting with the Principal
• Ensuring that faculties update the Syllabus completion record
• Maintaining student attendance records
• Maintaining Student's Report Books, Cumulative records up to date for all subjects
• Assist the Principal, Faculties and visiting faculties in all training activities,
• Responsible for issue of study material
• Overall support expected by the Principal including secretarial functions
• Student / Parents/Staff issues handling and resolving the problem under guidance of principal
• Responsible for correspondence sending letters to students, parents, universities etc
• Liaisons with University
• Updating students database
• Classroom allocations
• Collecting leave letters of students from all the courses on day to day basis.
• Visiting Universities for various work and working on online portal of Universitites

Skill sets:

Female with Dynamic, flexible and very pleasant personality, very good in communication, able to handle pressure of targets.

Qualification:

Graduates in any stream.

Experience:

0 to 1 years experience as academic training co ordinator in educational or training institutions.....

Saturday - 9:30am to 2:00pm

Sunday - Holiday

Language : Kannada, English

NOTE : Candidate those who are staying in and around Vijayanagar / Basaveshwara nagar/Rajaji nagar would be preferable.

Must posses valid driving license and Vehicle (2 wheeler) and should be in a condition to use immediately.

Salary : 18,000/- to 20,000/-
