They should have a distinguished reputation as a Professor, coupled with proven leadership experience as a Dean, Head of Academics, or Academic Director. Additionally, candidates should demonstrate expertise in academic administration, quality assurance, research, and faculty development, as well as familiarity with regulatory frameworks and academic governance.
