As the Director of the School of Data Science, you will be responsible for providing academic and strategic leadership to the department. To be eligible for this position, you must hold a Master's Degree with a Ph.D. in Statistics or Mathematics. You should have a minimum of 10-15 years of teaching experience at UG/PG levels, with at least 7 years as a Professor post-Ph.D. Moreover, Head of Department (HoD) experience is mandatory. A strong research background with publications in reputed journals and experience in formulating research policies and implementing academic audit and accreditation processes are essential requirements. A minimum of 2-3 years of industry experience is also necessary to bridge academia and industry effectively.
