Key Responsibilities:

Enhance Visitor Experience

• Create a welcoming, informative, and engaging environment for visitors.
• Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of our academic offerings and guide visitors through a transformative educational experience.

Personalized Academic Guidance

• Interact with students and parents to understand their educational and career aspirations.
• Offer tailored advice on academic courses and pathways suited to their goals.

Career Advancement Advisory

• Share insights on career progression opportunities across various industries.
• Stay updated on job market trends and ensure alignment of programs with workforce needs.

Collaborative Leadership

• Work closely with internal teams and leadership to enhance curriculum relevance and student engagement.
• Contribute to building a culture of innovation and academic excellence.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
2–5 years of experience in academic advising, student counseling, or career guidance.Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.A deep passion for education and student success.
