1. Student Guidance & Counseling

• Counsel students on academic programs, courses, and career pathways
• Help students identify their interests, strengths, and goals
• Provide one-on-one and group counseling sessions

2. Admissions & Enrollment Support

• Guide students through the admission process
• Explain course details, eligibility criteria, fees, and timelines
• Assist with application forms, documentation, and follow-ups

3. Career & Academic Planning

• Help students plan academic schedules and study strategies
• Provide career guidance and higher education options
• Support students in making informed decisions

4. Parent & Stakeholder Communication

• Communicate effectively with parents regarding student progress
• Address queries and concerns professionally
• Maintain strong relationships with schools, colleges, and institutions

5. Documentation & Reporting

• Maintain student records and counseling reports
• Update CRM or admission databases
• Prepare daily, weekly, or monthly counseling reports

6. Marketing & Outreach (in some roles)

• Participate in education fairs, seminars, and school visits
• Conduct orientation programs and presentations
• Support lead generation and student outreach initiatives

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
