Acadamic Counselor

Job Overview:
We are urgently hiring a dedicated Academic Counsellor to manage student enquiries and guide them through our admission services. The role involves calling prospective students, explaining available programs, and supporting them through the enrolment process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Call students and provide clear information about our admission services.
• Understand student interests and recommend suitable courses or study options.
• Maintain daily follow-up with leads and update enquiry status.
• Assist in basic documentation and coordination with internal teams.

Requirements:

• Female candidates preferred.
• +2 / Degree holders (freshers and experienced candidates may apply).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle student queries professionally and patiently.
• Basic computer knowledge (WhatsApp, email, MS Office).
