Job Description

As an AC Technician at our company, your role will involve installing, maintaining, and repairing air conditioning systems at client sites. Whether you are a fresher or an experienced candidate, we welcome your skills and reliability to join our team. Key Responsibilities: - Installation of various types of AC units such as Split, Window, Cassette, Ductable, etc. - Performing routine maintenance and servicing of air conditioning systems - Diagnosing and troubleshooting technical issues in HVAC systems - Repairing or replacing components like compressors, coils, motors, and filters - Ensuring proper functioning of AC systems post-service or repair - Maintaining service records and reporting work details to the supervisor - Handling customer queries professionally and providing assistance - Following safety protocols during installation and maintenance tasks Required Skills & Qualifications: - ITI / Diploma in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning (preferred) - Basic understanding of HVAC servicing and repair - Ability to diagnose technical problems - Good communication skills - Physically fit and comfortable with fieldwork - Willingness to learn (for freshers) In addition to the responsibilities and qualifications mentioned above, this position offers attractive salary packages based on skills and experience, overtime and allowances as per company policy, training, and growth opportunities in a friendly and supportive work environment.
