Job Description

Service coordination: Schedule service calls for AC technicians, manage their workloads, and ensure timely completion of routine maintenance and repair jobs.
Customer communication: Act as a point of contact for customers to understand their needs, provide updates, and communicate solutions.
Technical support: Assist in diagnosing technical issues and help coordinate the parts and resources needed for repairs.
Administrative tasks: Maintain service records, track spare parts inventory, and prepare reports on job status and service completion.
Technical understanding: A foundational knowledge of HVAC systems to effectively communicate with engineers and understand service is preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
