Role & responsibilities POWER SUPPLY DESIGN AND TEST LEAD Preferred candidate profile High Power Converters Design and simulate high-efficiency AC to DC converters, including IGBT based AC to DC converter Specify and validate the selection of components such as MOSFETs, diodes, transformers, inductors, and capacitors. Performance Optimization: Optimize power conversion efficiency, power density, transient response, thermal performance, and overall system reliability, Address challenges such as noise, ripple, EMI/EMC, and thermal dissipation. Prototyping & Validation: Develop prototypes and conduct lab testing to validate performance against specifications, Use tools like oscilloscopes, network analyzers, and power analyzers for design validation. Control Systems: Design and implement control algorithms (e.g., voltage-mode, current-mode, digital control), Tune loop stability parameters and ensure robust performance across various operating conditions. Documentation: Create detailed design documentation, including schematics, layout guidelines, test procedures, and design reports, maintain design databases and ensure traceability.

Capable of developing and executing test plans, interpreting test data, and developing and driving relevant corrective measures where necessary. 8. Previous experience in New Product Development (NPD) process, DFMEA are desirable. 9. Apply systematic problem-solving skills and investigate product Quality and Reliability issues to find root cause and permanent corrective action design change recommendations. 10.
