Key Deliverables of the Role Managing the salons profitably and responsible for delivering top line & bottom-line results for the franchise salons. Responsible for delivering highest level of customer service as per Lakme standards. Initiating marketing initiatives and local activations. Ensuring salons are sufficiently staffed with trained manpower. Additional responsibility of Business Development: -Identify and locate potential franchisee in the selected markets, discovering and exploring opportunities - Screen potential franchisee & finalize the deal and coordinate for Salon Openings Tasks/Activities Business Operations Achieving the targeted Average Bill Value (ABV) & footfalls to deliver healthy bottom line results. Ensuring SOP adherence wrt to service delivery, customer service and staffing for all salons. Formulate marketing plans and local activations along with marketing team & Franchise. Responsible for driving product sales in the salons/studios. Timely collection of Royalty from Franchise. Evaluate DSR, Monthly reports & Audit reports etc. along with the Franchise. Cost Orientation Managing the operational costs of the salons to deliver a healthy bottom line Managing employee costs and ensuring employee retention. Quality Orientation Ensuring SOP adherence wrt to service delivery & customer delivery as per standards defined by Lakme. Ensure all salon staff is trained as per Lakme standards. Carry out monthly audits to ensure Quality as per Lakme standards. Franchise Development Responsible for the launch and development of the franchisee as per the agreed terms and conditions.

Forecast Regional sales plan Analyze regional sales results, retail metrics (Sales, UPT, ABV etc.) and work towards target achievement. Identify current and future customer requirements by establishing rapport with potential and existing customers in a position to understand service requirements. Control store operations for the region - Stock loss, Expenditures, Store Operating cost etc. Identify hiring needs, select, and train new sales people. Analyze regional market trends and discover new opportunities for growth Responsible for stores VM for the region. Discover new opportunities for growth. Support Store Managers & Area Managers with their day-to-day store operations. Evaluate store and individual performances for the region. Ensure availability of merchandise and services as per company standards. Ensure SOPs are being followed by all stores. Maintain the stability and reputation of the stores by complying with legal requirements. Qualifications, Skills and Competencies Master s Degree and at least 10-12 years of working experience in a relative field Excellent communication skills Comfortable with presenting data and incorporating it into reporting across multiple levels of the organization Self-motivated and able to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities. Strategic, analytical and creative thinker; able to create and develop new methods for improvement Goal orientated: ability to stay focused on delivering results Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work with individuals across all organizational levels required. Willingness to assist other departments to develop solutions and metrics
