Assist in defining and configuring job roles, duty roles, and data roles within Oracle Fusion applications. Support the assignment of roles to users, ensuring appropriate access levels. Aid in implementing security policies, including Segregation of Duties (SoD) and data access controls. Assist in conducting regular audits to ensure compliance with internal and external security standards. Provide support in identifying and resolving security-related issues reported by end-users. Assist in troubleshooting access-related problems and work towards timely resolutions. Maintain accurate documentation of security configurations, role assignments, and audit logs. Assist in preparing reports on security incidents and compliance status for review by senior consultants. Provide the required training to the users on access and functionality mapping. Basic understanding of Oracle Fusion Cloud applications and their security models. Familiarity with role-based access control (RBAC) and identity management concepts. Good Knowledge of HCM / SCM / FIN Roles & Privileges, HCM Duty Roles, HCM Data Roles, Privileges, Abstract Roles Preferred candidate profile Knowledge of compliance standards such as SOX or GDPR. Familiarity with Oracle Fusion modules in FIN, HCM, SCM.
