As we expand our footprint in one of India's most dynamic industrial corridors, we are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales Engineer to drive our growth in the Hosur region. If you are a passionate sales professional with a strong technical background and a proven track record in industrial equipment sales, we want to hear from you! Key Responsibilities: Drive Regional Sales: Spearhead the sales and business development activities for our complete range of PSA Nitrogen and Oxygen generators across the Hosur, Krishnagiri, and surrounding industrial areas. Technical Consultation: Act as the primary technical advisor for clients. Understand their process requirements, conduct site assessments, and propose optimal gas generation solutions. Lead Generation & Pipeline Management: Proactively identify and qualify new leads, build a robust sales pipeline, and manage the entire sales cycle from initial inquiry to deal closure. Client Relationship Management: Develop and nurture long-term relationships with key decision-makers, consultants, and stakeholders in target industries (e.g., Automotive, Electronics, Pharmaceuticals, Food & Beverage, Laser Cutting, Heat Treatment). Market Intelligence: Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies to maintain a competitive edge. Achieve Targets: Consistently meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs, providing regular sales forecasts and reports to management. Negotiation & Closing: Prepare and present techno-commercial proposals, negotiate contract terms, and ensure successful order finalization. Who You Are: Education: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, Instrumentation, or a related field is highly preferred). Experience: 5-8+ years of proven experience in B2B technical sales, specifically with industrial capital equipment. Regional Knowledge: Strong familiarity with the industrial landscape of the Hosur region. You should have an existing network of contacts or the ability to build one quickly. Skills: Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Strong negotiation and closing abilities. Self-starter with the ability to work independently and drive results. Proficient in using CRM software and MS Office Suite. Language: Fluency in English and Tamil is essential. Knowledge of Kannada is a plus.
