You are looking for an Oracle HCM OTL Benefits Consultant with a strong background in Oracle HCM Cloud. Your main responsibilities will include handling end-to-end Oracle HCM Cloud implementation for OTL and related modules, developing and maintaining Fast Formulas in OTL or Absence Modules, creating BI Publisher Reports for Oracle HCM Cloud, building and managing HCM Extracts, performing mass data uploads using HDL (HCM Data Loader), collaborating with cross-functional teams to capture business requirements, troubleshooting and resolving issues related to time, labor, and absence management, and adhering to best practices for implementation, documentation, and delivery. To excel in this role, you should possess skills such as Oracle HCM Cloud Implementation, Fast Formulas Development (OTL or Absence Module), BI Publisher Reports for Oracle HCM Cloud, HCM Extracts, and HDL (HCM Data Loader). By leveraging your expertise in these areas, you will contribute significantly to the successful implementation and operation of Oracle HCM Cloud solutions.,
