Capable of working in a fast paced, dynamic, team-oriented environment. Good knowledge of functional flows of HRMS Cycles. Good to have knowledge of Finance. At least 3-4 full life cycle implementations, preferably with US implementation experience. Having experience in conducting architecture, design, and solution workshops, conceptualizing and articulating integration designs and conducting Conference Room Pilots Having experience in configuring the Applications in a client facing role Bachelor of Engineering or masters degree in business administration (MBA) with 5 to 10 years of total experience in EBS or Cloud Application Implementations. Superb communication skills written & verbal, mandatory. Good interpersonal skills with ability to build rapport with all collaborators.
