Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Administrative Officer to manage and oversee the daily administrative operations of a CBSE school. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in school administration, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to coordinate effectively with various departments to ensure smooth school functioning. Key Responsibilities: Oversee and ensure the efficient management of all non-academic operations of the school. Supervise administrative staff including housekeeping, maintenance, transport, and security personnel. Coordinate with the Principal and academic teams to support school operations and events. Monitor maintenance of school infrastructure, assets, and ensure timely repairs and upkeep. Handle government and statutory compliance related to CBSE norms, RTE, and other educational regulations. Liaise with vendors and service providers for facilities management and AMC contracts. Ensure smooth transport operations including driver schedules, route safety, and vehicle documentation. Support admission processes, manage student records, and ensure compliance with data confidentiality. Coordinate logistics for school events, examinations, meetings, and training sessions. Manage stock of school supplies (stationery, cleaning material, uniforms, etc.) in collaboration with Stores Incharge. Prepare periodic administrative reports and submit to the Principal/Management. Handle grievance redressal from parents or staff and ensure timely resolution. Maintain safety and security protocols across campus, including emergency preparedness. The position available is for a PGT Physics teacher with a requirement of minimum [V-X] years of teaching experience in Matric & CBSE schools. As a PGT Physics teacher, your responsibilities will include planning and delivering engaging physics lessons for higher secondary students (Grades 11 & 12) following the CBSE & Matriculation syllabus. You will be required to develop lesson plans, instructional materials, and lab experiments to enhance student learning. Additionally, you will conduct practical sessions in the physics laboratory while ensuring adherence to safety protocols. It will be part of your role to prepare students for board exams, competitive exams (JEE, NEET, etc.), and Olympiads. You will also be responsible for assessing student performance through tests, assignments, and interactive discussions, as well as providing individual guidance and academic support to students. Maintaining records of student progress and reporting to parents during PTMs will be an essential aspect of your job. Collaboration with fellow teachers and school administration for academic planning is expected, along with participation in school events, extracurricular activities, and professional development programs. To qualify for this position, you should have a Postgraduate degree (M.Sc. in Physics) along with a B.Ed. degree.
