Key Responsibilities: Student Counseling & Admissions: Provide detailed information about travel and tourism courses, curriculum, certifications, and career opportunities. Counsel prospective students (walk-ins, calls, or online inquiries) and assist them in selecting suitable programs based on their interests and goals. Manage end-to-end admission process: form filling, document verification, fee collection, and enrollment. Lead Generation & Follow-ups: Handle incoming leads via calls, emails, or online platforms. Maintain a database of inquiries and ensure timely follow-ups through calls, messages, or emails. Outreach & Promotion: Represent the Institute in school/college visits, career fairs, webinars, and promotional events. Work with the marketing team to develop promotional material and social media campaigns. Career Guidance: Explain the scope of travel and tourism careers such as airline, hospitality, event management, visa consultancy, etc. Guide students on internships, placements, and skill development. Administrative Support: Maintain accurate records of counseling sessions and student profiles. Prepare daily/weekly reports on leads and conversions. Constant monitoring and follow up on accuracy of documents being provided. Maintain strong follow-ups and regular feedback calls with partners. Efficient and effective lead utilization with consistent follow-ups, low Turn-Around-time (TAT) and increased connectivity with multiple attempts. Build cross-discipline relationships in the organization, partnering/ working closely with employees across departments, thereby ensuring an effective closure. Preferred candidate profile Bachelor's degree in business management, marketing, or related field. 3-4 years of relevant work experience in business development or similar background. Strong verbal communication and listening skills. Showcase a keen interest in education and innovation along with acumen for sales. Ability to work under pressure. Detail oriented approach of working . Being capable of concept selling and understanding business and customer issues.
