Verify discounts and ensure proper authorization for exceptions. Audit cases to confirm full payment collection. Track and compare office inventory against sales. Monitor real-time cash payments and verify health system receipts with staff signatures. Ensure all new contracts are signed and match daily reports. Qualifications Strong attention to detail and organization. Experience in auditing, finance, or compliance preferred. Comfortable reviewing reports and data for accuracy. Company: Skillspire Solutions We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Coordinator / Project Management Specialist to join our US based client's team. This individual will play a key role in supporting and managing various projects, with a strong focus on process improvement, scheduling, automation, and documentation. The ideal candidate will bring both hands-on project experience and project management skills to help streamline workflows and enhance team efficiency. Key Responsibilities Manage and coordinate ongoing projects, ensuring timely delivery of milestones and deliverables. Collaborate with team members to identify opportunities for process automation and efficiency improvements. Develop, document, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to support training and consistency across teams. Utilize Microsoft tools such as Planner, Teams, Excel, and Power Automate to manage tasks, communication, and workflows. Assist in implementing automation solutions and monitoring their effectiveness. Support project tracking, reporting, and communication with stakeholders. Qualifications Proven experience in project coordination or project management, preferably in a cross-functional environment. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications, including Planner, Teams, Excel, and Power Automate. Excellent organizational, communication, and documentation skills. Ability to analyze processes and recommend automation or workflow improvements. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
