We are looking for an experienced SAP PP (Production Planning) Consultant with 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in SAP PP module implementation, configuration, and support. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of production planning, material requirement planning (MRP), shop floor control, and integration with other SAP modules. Key Responsibilities • SAP PP Implementation & Support: Configure and implement SAP PP solutions in line with business processes and industry best practices. • Business Process Understanding: Work closely with business users to gather and analyze requirements, ensuring optimal SAP PP configurations. • Configuration & Customization: Set up and maintain SAP PP master data, bill of materials (BOM), routing, work centers, production orders, and MRP processes. • Integration with Other SAP Modules: Ensure smooth integration with SAP MM, SD, QM, and FI modules. • Issue Resolution & Troubleshooting: Provide Level 2/3 support, analyze issues, debug transactions, and apply fixes in SAP PP. • Testing & Documentation: Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT), ensuring proper documentation of business processes. • End-User Training: Train business users on SAP PP functionalities and best practices. • Process Optimization: Continuously identify areas for improvement and recommend SAP PP enhancements. Skills and Qualifications : • 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in SAP PP module. • Strong understanding of production planning, MRP, shop floor control, capacity planning, and discrete/repetitive manufacturing processes. • Experience with SAP PP master data management (BOM, Routing, Work Centers, Production Versions). • Knowledge of demand planning, production execution, and inventory management processes. • Ability to configure SAP PP functionalities as per business requirements. • Understanding of integration with SAP MM, SD, QM, and FI modules. • Strong troubleshooting and issue-resolution skills in SAP PP. • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Skills: • Experience with SAP S/4HANA and Fiori apps is an advantage. • Knowledge of advanced planning tools (APO, IBP) is a plus. • Familiarity with SAP PP-PM (Plant Maintenance) integration. • SAP PP Certification is a plus.

Position: Senior SAP PPVC Consultant Experience Required: 3 to 5 years Location: Work From Office (Pune) Role Description This is a full-time on-site role in Pune for an SAP PP-VC Consultant at Abhiyanta India Solutions Pvt. Ltd. The Consultant will be responsible for analyzing business processes, managing master data, providing consulting services, and integrating SAP solutions. Key Responsibilities VC Model Development: Design, configure, and maintain SAP VC models based on business needs. Product Configuration: Translate complex product requirements into configuration models using characteristics, classes, and dependencies. Integration: Work with various SAP modules such as SAP SD, MM, and PP to ensure seamless data flow. Change Management: Manage and document product changes, versioning, and variant-specific requirements. Testing & Validation: Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and resolve defects. User Support & Training: Provide end-user support, troubleshooting issues, and conducting training sessions. Collaboration: Liaise with business stakeholders, technical teams, and third-party vendors for successful project delivery. Documentation: Prepare configuration documents, process flows, and technical Skills & Qualifications: 3-4 years of experience in SAP VC (Variant Configuration). Knowledge of integration points with SD (Sales & Distribution), MM (Material Management), and PP (Production Planning). Hands-on experience in troubleshooting and debugging configuration issues. Good understanding of business processes, especially in manufacturing and engineering domains. Experience in ECC and/or S/4HANA environment is preferred. Strong communication skills and the ability to work with multiple stakeholders.
