Job Summary: We are seeking an enthusiastic and result-oriented Telecaller to handle student inquiries, promote our institute’s courses, and convert leads into confirmed bookings. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, following up with potential students, providing course details, and ensuring smooth admission/booking processes. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to prospective students and respond to incoming inquiries. Explain available courses, schedules, fees, and admission procedures clearly and effectively. Maintain a positive and professional tone while addressing student queries. Follow up with interested candidates to ensure enrollment/booking confirmation. Maintain proper records of calls, inquiries, and conversions in CRM/Excel. Coordinate with the administration team for admission formalities and documentation. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and booking targets set by management. Requirements: Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate preferred. Prior experience in tele calling, customer service, or sales will be an advantage. Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, Marathi Basic computer knowledge Ability to handle targets and work under pressure.
