At least 5 years of experience in team leadership or sales management roles. Strong customer focus, strategic mindset, and interpersonal skills. Proven experience in managing cross-functional teams and customer relationships. Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills. Willingness to travel 30–40% of the time.
