Providing Optic-solutions on Perimeter Intrusion , Pipeline Monitoring , Power Cable Monitoring , Rail Monitoring , Tack Health Monitoring solutions , Bridge Monitoring , Health of Conveyor Belt Monitoring. Lead and manage technical presentations, product demonstrations, and project proposals. Coordinate with internal engineering teams to design customized solutions and ensure seamless integration with existing systems. Maintain and grow relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and decision-makers. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients while ensuring profitability and client satisfaction. Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge. Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to build networks and stay updated on industry trends. Required Skills and Qualifications: Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, M.S.C Physics, Electronics, Instrumentation or a related field (Master’s degree preferred). 5-7 years of experience in sales of engineering solutions/ products, with a focus on HV and EHV systems, in the energy, utilities, or industrial sectors. Strong technical knowledge of HV and EHV equipment, including transformers, circuit breakers, switchgear, and substations. Proven ability to identify and develop sales opportunities in the energy and utilities market. Self-driven with proven experience in preparing technical proposals, cost estimates, and presentations. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple projects simultaneously. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to design solutions to complex technical challenges. Willingness to travel to client sites as required. Preferred Qualifications: Knowledge of regional regulatory standards and compliance requirements in the energy sector. Fluency in additional languages is a plus.
