Qualifications For The Role Any graduate degree from a reputed university with 1–2 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or sales operations. You have hands-on experience in order management, including confirming delivery schedules, releasing delivery orders, processing high sea sales documentation, and following up on customer payments. You are immersed in SAP-based tools and methodologies such as ZSD checks and the Fiori App (MDG updates/cancellations) and enjoy working within the sales and logistics function. Highly adept in resolving customer issues related to purchase orders, payments, and deliveries, while coordinating effectively via email, Teams, and calls. You are passionate about customer service and continuous process improvement and are innovative around communication and cross-functional collaboration.
