Key Job Responsibilities Work with corporate counterparts - understand the technical requirements involved with variable frequency drives, servo drives motor starters and electrical hardware components and electrical design requirements. Has a good understanding of drive manufacturers such as (Emerson, Lenze, SEW, Rockwell, Siemens and ABB). Is familiar with industrial control components and Logix5000 platforms in industrial automation (controllers, I/O, communication modules, human machine interface terminals, etc.) and has knowledge of automation training and is an expert in reading electrical wiring diagram schematics. Is able to develop and design a electrical schematics, using electronic computer aided design software, for industrial automated tooling. In addition, must be able to design, engineer, size a drive solution for various mechanical process applications. # perform mechanical calculations to size a motor for drive applications # ability to size and select dynamic brake resistors for drive and motion applications # understand the safety aspects related to drive applications (STO Safe Torque Off, safety limited speed, safe brake control) # understand the use and requirements for (input line reactors, output line reactors, output chokes) # strong understanding of drive panel design and build requirements # design and troubleshoot advanced electrical schematics, at a minimum, meeting PLd SIL3 control reliability level # strong understanding of North America regional electrical code and law expectations # strong understanding of electronic computer aided design software solutions (for example, EPLAN, ACAD Electrical, ACAD, etc.) # strong understanding of electrical components bill of materials # strong understanding of power (480vac, 120vac, 24vdc) design and distribution # create Enet IP communication network designs # strong understanding of pneumatic and water components and is able to design applicable pneumatic and water circuits # strong understanding of grounding and bonding design expectations and principles # understands robot electrical interfaces and associated bit maps Handson experience in drive configurations and commissioning (Rockwell, Siemens, Lenze, SEW, ABB) Develop and improvise the existing drive and hardware solution to support virtual commissioning activities. TUV certifications is desirable Knowledge in Automotive industry and related projects / equipment is desirable. Certified training from Rockwell training center is desirable Key Skills Expertise in VFD and Servo Drives (Rockwell, Siemens, Lenze, SEW and ABB) Develop and implement electrical schematics utilizing ECAD packages (EPLAN and ACAD) Develop and manage electrical schematic templates Develop and manage VFD and Servo drive templates Write and develop hardware and drive specifications Good in communication skills and English language skills.

Experience in an EMI/EMC Laboratory and knowledge of Electronics and Electrical test equipment. Experience in testing of Low voltage switch gears and control products. Proficiency in programming languages such as C/C++, Python, or similar.
