Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Bhopal for a Sales and Operations position. The Sales and Operations professional will be responsible for managing sales activities, providing excellent customer service, and overseeing daily operations. Tasks include handling customer inquiries, developing sales strategies, training staff, and managing sales performance. The role involves coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and achieving sales targets. Qualifications Strong Communication and Customer Service skills Proven Sales skills and experience in Sales Management Experience in Training and staff development Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities Ability to work independently and as part of a team Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, or related field is a plus Previous experience in the tourism industry is highly desirable
