As an SAP Consultant specializing in PLM and EHS, you will be responsible for leveraging your expertise to drive successful project implementations and provide valuable insights to our clients. We are currently looking for dedicated professionals to join our team at our Indian subsidiary in Bangalore. For the Consultant position at an entry level, we require candidates to hold a Bachelor or Master of Science degree in fields such as Business Administration, Computer Science, Nutritional Science, Chemical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Chemistry, Food Chemistry, or related disciplines. You should possess strong analytical and process-oriented skills, along with the ability to thrive in a diverse, global work environment. Excellent oral and written communication skills in English are essential. The role may involve travel up to 50% as per project requirements, ensuring you are always back home on weekends. Consultants with over 1 year of consulting experience should have hands-on SAP configuration experience in areas such as SAP PLM (Recipe Management, QM), EH&S, and Supply Chain Management / Logistics (e.g., PP-PI, PP, MM, SD). Business experience in PLM, EH&S Compliance, or Supply Chain Management within the process industry is also preferred. Familiarity with technologies like ABAP/4, SAP Web Dynpro, HANA, or FIORI will be advantageous. Successful candidates should have completed 1-2 full project lifecycle implementations. For the Senior Consultant role, requiring over 3 years of consulting experience, your responsibilities will include in-depth SAP configuration in PLM, EH&S, and Supply Chain Management / Logistics (e.g., PP-PI, PP, MM, SD). Knowledge of technologies such as ABAP/4, SAP Web Dynpro, HANA, or FIORI will be beneficial. Candidates should have completed 3 or more full project lifecycle implementations to be considered for this position.
