The Lead Technical Architect - ERP at Lennox is responsible for planning, assigning work, and leading the team engaged in development, support, implementation, and upgrade projects. You will ensure that the technical delivery of the team meets project needs, priorities, and deadlines. Your role involves owning and guiding the team in ABAP programming, design, testing, and debugging as part of day-to-day activities. Additionally, you will engage more in designing, reviewing, and architecting solutions at team and integration levels. As the Lead Technical Architect, you should be capable of understanding enterprise architecture and scaling the ERP team to meet EA principles and guidelines. You will advocate for or against adapting SAP as a solution for business cases, considering overall cost, efficiency, operating advantages and disadvantages, and available resources. It is essential to coordinate and participate in the preparation and maintenance of comprehensive technical program documentation to build a knowledge database. Your responsibilities include identifying opportunities for the team to incorporate the latest and advanced SAP techniques as part of solutioning. You should possess in-depth cross-functional working knowledge with other SAP modules and peripherals, including intended middleware systems that connect to SAP and their use of data. Being proactive is crucial in performing gatekeeping for any technical deliverable moving into production. Furthermore, as the Lead Technical Architect, you will own the system's stability and performance from an ABAP perspective, ensuring zero showstopper post-production issues. You are expected to stay updated on SAP releases, enhancements, new functionality, and modifications, performing application research and representing the SAP team in various technology forums. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Computer Science - 13-16 years of overall SAP experience inclusive of implementation and support - Recommended roles played: Senior Developer, Architect, Strategist to Lead - Thorough knowledge of Data Dictionary, Reports, RFCs, OOPS ABAP, Smart Forms and Adobe Forms, BAPI, Enhancements Techniques, ABAP Queries, Workflows, Data conversions (BDC, LSMW, ALE & IDOCs) - Experienced in Data Migration, HANA Migration, Upgrade (SPAU, SPDD), Enhancement/Support pack, and Production Support projects - Good to have knowledge in SAP Fiori, OData, BTP, ABAP on HANA - Proficient in performance tuning, testing, and debugging skills - Hands-on expertise in determining or validating development effort estimates, assisting functional teams, and reviewing Technical Specification Design - Problem-solving mentality with the ability to deliver complex and time-sensitive projects - Strong consulting, leading, and mentoring skills with excellent communication and collaboration abilities - High level of motivation, self-starter, excellent at follow-up, team-player with the ability to deliver within defined timelines, work under limited supervision, and oversight - Knowledge of new trends in the field of information technology - Principles of supervision, team building, and training Join Lennox as the Lead Technical Architect - ERP to play a pivotal role in driving technical excellence and innovation within the organization.,
