Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced Microsoft Dynamics ERP Consultant with a minimum of 6 years of hands-on experience. The ideal candidate will have a hybrid role combining both functional and technical expertise to support the implementation, customization, integration, and ongoing optimization of Microsoft Dynamics ERP solutions (preferably Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations or Business Central). Key Responsibilities: Analyze business requirements and translate them into ERP solutions using Microsoft Dynamics. Configure and customize modules based on business needs (e.g., Finance, Supply Chain, Service, Projects). Develop and maintain custom integrations with other systems and third-party tools. Support ERP implementation lifecycle including requirement gathering, design, development, testing, training, and deployment. Provide post-implementation support and enhancements. Collaborate with business users and internal stakeholders to optimize business processes using ERP capabilities. Prepare technical documentation and user manuals. Ensure system performance, security, and data integrity. Required Qualifications & Skills: Minimum of 6 years of experience as a Microsoft Dynamics ERP Consultant (functional and technical). Strong knowledge in at least one of the Microsoft Dynamics ERP platforms (D365 F&O, D365 Business Central, or older AX versions). Experience in X++, AL, or Power Platform development is a plus. Solid understanding of ERP business processes in finance, supply chain, or HR. Experience in system integrations using APIs, web services, or middleware tools. Strong communication skills in English. Microsoft certifications related to Dynamics ERP are preferred. Other Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
