Business Development Associate We are looking for a business development associates for our Software department. The person will be responsible for generating leads, delivering demo/presentations, and closing prospects for our software services. Responsibilities · Develop and grow a quality pipeline of new potential clients through on-going networking, Outbound calling, and relationship building · Maintain consultative relationships with clients to ensure that they are maximizing the value of products and services. · Visiting Prospects for presentations & closure of cases, visiting exhibitions when required. · Maintain and expand the company’s database of prospects by conducting research to find new leads · Be highly enthusiastic, resilient and able to overcome adversity · Have a good work ethic and tenacious attitude · Have an understanding of Abacus Desk's marketing services, pricing and technical skills to persuade prospects · Clearly communicate and demonstrate the professionalism of services that Abacus Desk provides its clients · Keep an organized record of all calls and sales in the company CRM · Gather names and telephone numbers of potential clients from outside sources and search engines. · Meet daily and weekly outbound call goals · Work with software sales team and deliver demo’s/ presentation at client sites. The ideal candidate will be responsible for collaborating with the creative team to prepare client presentations and obtain creative concept approval from clients, both internally and externally. You will work closely with Writers and Designers to ensure tasks are completed on time and efficiently. In addition, you will create action plans and social media calendars for clients, serve as the go-to person for coordinating agency processes and production, and participate in client meetings as needed. You will be in charge of updating daily status reports, researching the client's brand and competitors to provide added value, and assisting senior account personnel in facilitating communication between Abacus Desk, clients, and partners to ensure smooth creative outcomes. This position is based in Faridabad and is a Work From Office job. The qualifications required for this role include a Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field, as well as experience as a social media coordinator or in client servicing.
