Role & responsibilities: • Daily bookkeeping and maintenance of accounts and stocks • GST calculation, preparation, and filing • Bank reconciliation and vendor payments • Managing invoices (purchase & sales), credit notes, and debit notes • Working knowledge of Tally, Zoho Books, and MS Excel • Handling TDS, professional tax, and basic statutory compliances • Support in preparing monthly and quarterly financial reports • Liaising with CA and external auditors for timely compliance • Assisting with inventory management and cost tracking Preferred candidate profile : • Minimum 2 years of accounting experience • Proficiency in Tally ERP and Zoho Books • Good knowledge of GST, TDS, and accounting standards • Strong command of MS Excel • Degree in Commerce or related field • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Job Description (Role, Responsibilities & Preferred Profile): Key Responsibilities: • Lead and manage sales operations in your respective region (Delhi or Mumbai) • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers in both general trade and modern trade channels • Drive high-volume sales of imported fresh fruits across wholesale and retail networks • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets with a focus on consistent volume movement (container-level sales) • Negotiate and close deals, manage pricing, credit, and collections • Collaborate with logistics, procurement, and back-office teams to ensure timely delivery and stock movement • Gather market intelligence and report on trends, pricing, competition, and customer needs • Travel extensively within your zone and occasionally pan-India when required Preferred Candidate Profile: • Minimum 5 years of B2B or FMCG sales experience, preferably in fresh produce, agri commodities, or perishable goods • Must be comfortable with frequent domestic travel and managing fieldwork independently • Should be resilient, result-oriented, and able to handle pressure in a fast-moving, perishable goods environment • Proven track record of high-volume sales and strong client relationship management • Fluent communication in English and regional languages (Hindi for Delhi, Marathi/Hindi for Mumbai) • Well-networked in either Azadpur (Delhi) or APMC (Mumbai) fruit markets is a major advantage • Self-driven, entrepreneurial attitude with a desire to grow with a visionary company Join us in shaping the future of the imported fruits market in India.
