Position: Customer Support Executive Location: Noida Sector 62 Employment Type: Full-time Role Overview: We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Support Executive who can efficiently handle client queries, manage campaign/data records, and convert potential leads into long-term clients. The ideal candidate will act as the backbone of our operations, ensuring smooth customer communication, accurate data management, and backend support to the sales team. Key Responsibilities: Handle incoming customer queries via phone, WhatsApp, email, or chat in a professional manner. Build trust and relationships with potential clients and convert leads into customers. Manage orders and maintain accurate client data, including campaign leads, follow-ups, and reports. Act as backend support for the sales and marketing team by managing records, updating CRMs, and ensuring timely follow-ups. Provide support in tracking leads generated from campaigns (social media, ads, etc.). Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order execution and client satisfaction. Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports on leads, conversions, and customer interactions. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred). Experience in customer support, inside sales, or backend support roles. Strong communication skills (English & Hindi; regional language is an advantage). Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets and CRM software. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively. A customer-first attitude with problem-solving abilities.
