Job Title: Marketing and Sales Executive Organisation : Aastrika Midwifery Centre (A unit of AUHC) Organisation Website : www.aastrika.com Work Location : Koramangala, Bangalore Reports to : Head of Marketing Job Type : Full-time Required Experience : Fresher/Experienced Job Overview We are seeking a proactive and dynamic Marketing and Sales Executive to support both the marketing and sales functions of our growing team. This role involves supporting online marketing activities, executing offline marketing strategies, engaging with healthcare professionals and clients, and supporting the clinical and sales teams in various communication and promotional activities. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator fluent in English and Kannada, with a background in marketing, media, or communications. Key Responsibilities Marketing Duties Execute offline marketing initiatives, including coordination of events, execution of offline collaterals, and community outreach activities. Schedule and attend appointments with doctors, hospitals, clinics, and other potential referral sources to build and maintain relationships. Assist in the collection of digital and physical assets (photos, videos, testimonials, etc.) for use in both online and offline marketing campaigns. Liaise with the clinical team to gather content and insights for marketing materials and campaigns. Support the planning and execution of marketing and promotional activities during the launch of new clinic locations. Interact with clients when necessary to support marketing campaigns, collect feedback, or organize testimonials. Sales Duties Professionally answer and screen incoming client calls to provide information or direct to appropriate teams. Maintain detailed logs of client calls, categorizing them as genuine or non-genuine, and prepare weekly reports for the Sales Manager. Work closely with the sales team to ensure alignment on lead follow-ups and client communication strategies. Qualifications and Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Marketing , Media , Communications , or a related field. Excellent communication skills in English and Kannada (spoken and written). Strong interpersonal skills and confidence in engaging with healthcare professionals and clients. Ability to multitask, manage time effectively, and work both independently and collaboratively. Basic understanding of content creation, marketing channels, and client relationship management is a plus.
