Maintain detailed logs of client calls, categorizing them as genuine or non-genuine, and prepare weekly reports for the Sales Manager. Work closely with the sales team to ensure alignment on lead follow-ups and client communication strategies. Qualifications and Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Marketing , Media , Communications , or a related field. Excellent communication skills in English and Kannada (spoken and written). Job Summary: The MRD & Admin Executive is responsible for maintaining, organizing, and securing all medical records in compliance with hospital policies, confidentiality laws, and accreditation standards. This role ensures timely and accurate documentation, retrieval, and reporting of patient data to support the clinical, legal, and administrative functions of the maternity & childcare Hospital. Key Responsibilities: 1. Medical Record Management Receive, verify, and file all inpatient and outpatient medical records. Ensure completeness of patient files — including admission notes, consent forms, delivery records, discharge summaries, and investigation reports. Assign and maintain unique Medical Record Numbers (MRN) for each patient. Maintain both electronic and physical record systems as per hospital policy. 2. Job Summary: The Pediatric Registrar is responsible for providing comprehensive medical care to neonates, infants, and pediatric patients. The role involves assisting consultants in managing neonatal intensive care (NICU), attending deliveries, and ensuring high-quality pediatric care in a maternity hospital environment. Key Responsibilities: Clinical Responsibilities: Assist the Consultant Pediatrician in managing NICU and pediatric cases. Manage all levels of neonatal care (Level I, II, III) including preterm, low birth weight, and critically ill newborns. Attend all high-risk deliveries and provide immediate neonatal resuscitation when required. Conduct daily ward rounds in NICU and pediatric wards, documenting clinical findings and treatment plans. Monitor the condition and progress of admitted patients and update senior/respective consultants. Ensure timely administration of prescribed medications, fluids, and investigations. Handle pediatric and neonatal emergencies efficiently. Supervise and guide nursing staff in patient management protocols.
