Sales & Marketing with BDM Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven professional to oversee our Sales, Marketing, and Business Development functions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, building brand awareness, and identifying new business opportunities across multiple channels. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets and objectives. Generate leads through cold calling, networking, field visits, and referrals. Meet with clients, understand their needs, and offer suitable product or service solutions. Prepare and present quotations, proposals, and negotiate terms with clients. Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Track and report on sales performance, forecasts, and pipeline. Plan and execute marketing campaigns (offline & digital) to promote products/services. Coordinate with design and content teams for branding, brochures, social media, etc. Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer surveys. Manage the companys online presence (website, social media, SEO/SEM). Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and marketing events to enhance brand visibility. Identify new markets, partnerships, and business opportunities. Develop strategic relationships with channel partners, distributors, or consultants. Prepare and pitch proposals for new business and long-term growth projects. Analyze business trends and adapt strategies accordingly. Collaborate with internal teams (project, design, finance) for smooth execution of deals.
