Located where technology meets trust, Aashitech is your reliable partner for all IT Networking security and surveillance Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Pre Post Sales Engineer located in Kolkata. The Pre Post Sales Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support and sales engineering expertise who can handle GEM AND TENDER . Daily tasks include gem portal handling, tender handling, making and driving projects, offering customer support, managing pre and post-sales processes, visiting system integrated partners and ensuring that clients have a seamless experience with our products and services. Qualifications Sales Engineering and Technical Support skills Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills Proven Sales skills and experience in a related field line like networking, security and surveillance passive products Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field is preferred Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Experience with networking cables, security and surveillance product
