Job Summary: UP Windows is looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven Field Sales & Marketing Executive to expand our customer base and promote our range of UP windows. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in field sales, preferably in the construction, architecture, or building materials sector, and should be confident in meeting clients, generating leads, and driving sales growth. Key Responsibilities: Identify and connect with potential customers including builders, architects, contractors, interior designers, and homeowners Conduct regular field visits to construction sites and project locations Generate new business leads and follow up on inquiries Explain product specifications, pricing, and customization options to clients Conduct site measurements and coordinate with technical teams Close sales and ensure proper documentation and follow-up Maintain a database of clients, prospects, and daily visit reports Represent the company in exhibitions, events, and marketing campaigns Requirements: 1–3 years of field sales or marketing experience (preferably in uPVC windows, construction, or building materials) Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Self-motivated with the ability to meet sales targets Knowledge of the local market and construction industry is a plus Must be comfortable with field work and client visits Two-wheeler with a valid driving license (mandatory) Basic computer knowledge (Excel, Email, CRM, etc.) Perks & Benefits: Fixed Salary + Attractive Incentives Travel Allowance Sales & Product Training Growth Opportunities within the Company
