Overview The Aaroh Capital Apprenticeship offers a unique, hands-on opportunity for ambitious individuals seeking real-world exposure to private equity, real estate investing, and Agentic AI applications. Analyst Interns work directly with the leadership team and contribute to key functions including investment research, investor communications, Agentic AI development support, and capital formation strategy. This role is designed to accelerate your understanding of real estate private equity while developing cross-functional skills for a future career in investment management or technology-driven finance. Key Responsibilities Research & Analysis Conduct market and sub-market research across North American real estate. Analyze deal metrics, operating fundamentals, and local economic trends. Assist in AI-led data curation efforts supporting underwriting and acquisition workflows. Investor Relations & Capital Formation Help draft investor updates, capital raising decks, and due diligence materials. Manage investor pipeline data using internal CRM tools. Participate in outreach efforts and assist in building investor relationship funnels. AI-Enabled Operations Help test workflows and tag data for model improvement and Agentic behavior. Collaborate with leadership on systematizing repetitive deal sourcing and research tasks. Strategic & Administrative Tasks Track meeting notes, action points, and operational workflows. Contribute to internal process building, reporting, and team documentation. Attend weekly strategy sessions and provide structured input. Professional Development Weekly mentorship sessions with founding partners. Training on private equity structures, Agentic AI in real estate, and capital markets. Practical exposure to real-world deal flows and technology integration. Qualifications Pursuing or recently completed Master’s in Finance, Real Estate, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field. Interest in both real estate private equity and the use and development of AI and Agentic AI in finance. Strong research and analytical thinking; comfort working in Excel.
